SR73F is a 77 GHz Short Range Radar with high cost performance in the industry, which

uses the difference between the transmitted electromagnetic wave and the echo to accurately measure

the distance, speed, angle and other information of the target. SR73F adopts MMIC, compact size

(96 × 58 × 24mm), high precision, supports detection of 64 targets, integrated peripheral interface

(CAN interface), and has slow forward anti-collision function, which can meet the rapidly growing

demand for special vehicle forward or backward reversing safety assistant driving.

Features

The SR73F is a highly cost-effective short-range V-band millimeter-wave radar sensor system

with a detection range of 40 meters. It employs a sophisticated FMCW (Frequency-Modulated

Continuous Wave) modulation scheme to detect the distance, speed, and angle of moving targets,

delivering high accuracy in distance and speed measurement.

The SR73F features front and rear anti-collision capabilities for low-speed vehicles, with its

product functional diagram shown below:

The SR73F sensor's CAN interface complies with the ISO 11898-2 standard, with a default

communication rate of 500 kbit/s. The universal external communication interface simplifies

integration with the host computer or other ADAS modules.

The SR73F offers two radar variants with different outgoing wire configurations, allowing

customers to choose based on their specific requirements.
